I'm Herman Johnson I created "The Eclectic Process" which translates to - making emotional change decisions on the basis of what seems best instead of following some single doctrine or style.

When someone comes to me with a problem I discuss things like;

  • What part of you is the part that doesn't want to change?

  •  What is it like to have your particular problem? Uncovering metaphorical associations and working with them to reduce or eliminate emotional affiliations to the behaviors. 

  • Let me ask you a question. How many self-help books did you read this year? Did those books change anything? Why not? I'll tell you why they didn't... 

Change comes from the Subconscious part of the mind. The part of your mind that knows everything about you that you don't know. That's where all my work is done. 

You change! Then you need my process to make unwanted thoughts and behaviors positive

Laws of the Mind

1. Law of Belief - Whatever you believe you will become.

2. Law of Expectation - Whatever your expectations are will be the result.

3. Law of Attraction - We attract people and situations that harmonize with our most dominant thoughts.

4. Law of Concentration - Whatever you focus on you increase.

5 Law of Substitution - Opposing thoughts cannot be held at the same moment.

6. Law of Repetition - the way to change an unconscious behavior is to repeat a new one.

7. Law of Relaxation - the mind exerts pressure in order to achieve. The subconscious mind lets go of to achieve.

8. Law of Action - Each suggestion acted upon gives more receptivity to the next.

9. Law of Mind/Body Connection - Every thought has a corresponding action in the body.

10. Law of Imagination - What you realize is what you create.

11. Law of Computer Programming - Garbage in garbage out.

12. Law of reflection - We attract to us whatever it is we need to work on in ourselves.

Case #1:

Robert, Hudson's Bay High was injured. He had gone through all of the appropriate avenues of healing. He had taken the time necessary to and was well on his way to reuniting with his team.

The physical aspect of his injury was taken care of. But it was the emotional aspects of returning to the team that didn't go so well. The connection to his hesitancy for returning to competition wasn't explored until his family questioned him about how he was feeling in He had a hard time putting his finger on Through word-of-mouth his parents decided to contact me, Cerebral Sports, to help. Robert and I worked together for 6 sessions. Robert regained confidence and broke down barriers to performance and all worked out well, including being named the All-State Team.

You can break that barrier too, let your confidence come through

Case #2:

had an audition to get into a prestigious Her audition didn't go as planned. Her performance wasn't representative of her true talent. She knew it was her and concentration. 

She started having trouble when the audition times were being delayed, hour after hour. The more she had to sit and wait, the more fearful she became. And when it was time, her performance suffered, she was devastated.

Her parents were given my number. We worked together... with her mom at her side. We scheduled six sessions and now she is attending, singing, and enjoying her experience.

I know, that's hard to believe! Six sessions! How's that possible? : when you change the thought, you change the behavior.
